Park Ave Condo #7, Sauna+Hot Tub

This could be a nicer place if the cleaning people would clean the condo. The primary bedroom was nice and has a nice tub and shower. There is room for a large family. The lack of cleanliness ruined it for us.

This is a great unit, it sleeps so many people and is super close to all of the best things Park City offers! It is a beautiful old cabin, youre not getting any crazy fancy ammeneites or a huge space, but it is afforadble and its a reliable home-base for all of your adventures! Our group loved it and we will definately be back! We where here during a heat wave when the AC froze up, but we got it working again! also, you have to use the master bedroom remote to turn on the induvidual AC units in each room!

Hot tub needed a cleaning

The property is advertised to have air conditioning. When we arrived, the condo was 78 degrees and it was not working. We messaged the host and was told that someone would be coming out to look at it several days after we checked out, and the host suggested we “crack a window” as a solution.We were only staying 2 nights, and by the time we realized no solution would be occuring, we only had about a day left on our stay. The condo ranged from 76-80 degrees even at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The condo itself was fine, but the lack of AC made it unbearable. Outside of the suggestion to "crack the window", the host did not do anything to resolve the issue.

No complaints about this property. Clean, comfortable (slept 13 people), and easy access to all of our activities. Would stay here again.
